National Floors Direct - Worst company ever
Iโve emailed the company more than 15 times and I wrote to the president of the company but I didnโt get one reply. They came at the end of May to complete the floors and brought the wrong color so they had to return again the next day.
The finishing work isnโt very good and overall I am extremely unhappy. I would really like to file a class action suit against their advertising lies if I could find an attorney to do so. I know they are doing this to other people because a few of their employees told me they have.
For me, nothing has been resolved and unless Iโm able to take them to court, I doubt they will be willing to resolve anything. Clearly, they donโt care if they treat their customers horribly.
I have emailed the company four times and no one has gotten back to me. No one had apologized for what they have put me through or offered any resolution.
Iโm probably going to have to shell out more money to get my floors completed with a different company if these *** donโt show up on the 26th. Still looking for someone to help me sue them for their commercials that tell nothing but lies.
Iโve emailed the welisten address three days in a row and I have received crickets in response. They have 0 customer service.
Talked to National Floors direct today and the gave me a date to complete day 4 of a 4 day project which was supposed to start on April 24. The date is May 26th.

Anyone want to start a class action against them for false advertising? They need consequences for their lies!
Iโve made several phone calls since Saturday to get the flooring finished and no one can give me answers. They said they would finish 14 days from now.
I told them that is not acceptable. This is literally making me sick. Iโm a disabled veteran with chronic pain conditions this nightmare is causing to flair up. The stress is causing me nightmares from my PTSD and I have high blood pressure which could cause a heart attack or stroke.
Their customer service department should be called the customer disservice department. Many of them, but not all are rude and discourteous. They do not care about their customers. Their commercials say next day service.
Itโs false advertising. I believe the installers may have also broken my bed and have caused other damage to my property. They also did not hang plastic for the dust and it has invaded my whole house. Really the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with.
Iโve been to war zones 6 times in my career.
I donโt deserve such disrespect. No one does.
I was scheduled for installation on April 26. This wasnt next day installation, it was 2 weeks after I signed the contract.
No one showed up and no one called. I called them,they said the installers van broke down. The first of many lies.They rescheduled for three days later. This time they showed up but stayed for 5 minutes because they didnt have the materials for the contracted stairs.
They scheduled for 10 days later, did 3 of the 4 days of installation required and told me they would be back Friday or Monday. Have not finished to date.
User's recommendation: Do not hire this company.
Monetary Loss: $10000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
National Floors Direct Cons: No help in resolving issue, Rude and condescending.

I also contacted WPTV parent company Scripps Howard. The sales agent for WPTV, Cathy.goltz@***.com was very nice but referred to National Floors direct as "good people".
She admitted two other channels also run their ad.
I feel they should not advertise for a company that bilks people out of thousands of dollars...$1,035.00! Class action suit needed.
Iโm out ten thousand dollars and my house is unsafe for a disabled person. These news stations are getting too much money from them to investigate. Iโm calling CBS today.
