This company should NOT be trusted! I put a deposit down for an installation of hardwood floors, but changed my mind the next day and decided to cancel.
I called them to cancel, but they refused to cancel over the phone, instead directing me to mail in a cancellation form. I did so within their 3 business day cancellation window. I then did not here from them for 2 weeks (during which my scheduled install date passed). After calling them, they say they never received my letter and now refuse to allow me to cancel my order and get my deposit refunded.
I have not been delivered any products or done any services.
They are basically just trying to steal my deposit! I have processed a complaint with the BBB.
