National Floors Direct (NFD) recently installed LV Planks (Purchase Order MA32234) in my bedrooms and stairs. They performed the work as planned and competed on time.

My house was left clean and neat. I used NFD 5 years ago when they installed LV Planks in the rest of my house. Based on that performance I had no hesitation using them again this year. The salesperson was informative, helpful and accurate in what to expect in terms of cost and duration of the project.

The installer was professional and courteous and responded when questions were asked. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I ordered hardwood floors for my kitchen and living room as well as a tile floor for my laundry room from NFD. The floors look beautiful and I almost didn't want to put my furniture back because the hardwood floors look that good!

The man that came to do them was very friendly and went right to work. He worked very methodically and took his time to make sure that everything was perfect. He kept the whole area neat and cleaned up everything when he was finished. My husband and I are so ecstatic about the result that we are considering doing the bedrooms also!

When we are ready, we are definitely going with National Floors Direct! The team that did the tile floor did a fantastic job as well! I feel like I'm living in a different house! All the people at National Floors Direct as very pleasant and willing to help in any way possible.

The price was also very affordable and well worth the investment. I tried to get quotes from other contractors and was put off by them, but not NFD, they came right to my house, showed me samples and explained the products very clearly. The measurements were taken and I was given a quote within minutes. The offer was very reasonable, so I scheduled the work to be done as soon as possible.

I was given a day within a week to do the entire job! I couldn't be happier! I'm so glad that I chose NFD because they made the whole process easy and stress free.

It was a pleasure working with national Floors Direct. Customer service was patient welcoming and listen to what my needs were assigned me a representative according to flooring needs.

The representative was on time friendly and knowledgeable. Working within my budget was a plus. The staff that came to install the floors were on time polite and very clean and organized. I had two bedrooms done and a foyer and it was all within one day.

They not only took the larger Furniture items out of the room they also put them back. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for anyone looking for new flooring for their home.
